Job Summary



Dunlop Sports Americas is seeking a Territory Manager to manage Srixon/Cleveland Golf accounts in the Missouri region. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, increasing sales, delivering product knowledge training, and ensuring brand representation aligns with company values and standards.









 

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular sales and service visits to assigned accounts, processing orders and providing product guidance.

* Maintain professional communication with customers and home office via in-person visits, phone, or email.

* Exceed customer expectations to deliver a high-quality experience and maintain integrity in all interactions.

* Establish and nurture productive relationships with all customers and stakeholders in the selling process.

* Conduct product knowledge training sessions, demo days, and promotional events as required.

* Perform an average of 4–6 sales calls per day in-season, and 2–4 per day during pre-book season.

* Strategically manage product distribution, demo materials, and collateral to maximize sales presence.

* Identify new customer opportunities and assist in processing new accounts.

* Submit updates on customer status, visitation activities, and participate in company meetings or trade shows.

* Comply with company policies regarding credit, returns, and distribution strategy.

* Attend annual performance reviews and incorporate feedback into daily operations.

* Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Team Leader.


Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field, or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Tour, or related roles; a high school diploma may be considered with relevant experience.

* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

* Proficiency with computers and common applications (Word, Excel).

* Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality, take direction, and act on critical feedback.

* Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, and operate a vehicle carrying product samples and displays.

* Comfortable working outdoors and in moderate noise environments.
