Sales & Fulfilment Intern

Meat Madam is seeking a smart, energetic, and highly organized Sales & Fulfilment Intern to support daily sales operations, ensure timely customer order fulfilment, and assist the sales team with reporting and presentations.

Assist in answering customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Help take orders, process payments, and raise invoices

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Track deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment

Prepare weekly and monthly sales/fulfilment reports

Support sales team with presentations and proposals

Provide basic after-sales support and resolve customer issues

Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock audits

Handle returns and perform basic quality checks

Collect customer feedback

Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Fast learner with strong communication skills

Highly organized and attentive to detail

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Prior experience in sales, fulfilment, or customer service is a plus

Positive attitude and willingness to grow

Must reside within Alapere, Ketu, Magodo, Berger, Ikeja, Ogudu, or Ojota

None

Monthly internship allowance: 70,000–100,000

Hands-on experience in sales, logistics, customer service, and fulfilment
