* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow user base and brand visibility
* Manage and optimize paid advertising across social media, Google and other digital channels
* Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, content initiatives and influencer collaborations
* Lead campaign planning, budgeting and reporting with a focus on ROI
* Work closely with product, content and design teams to align marketing efforts
* Track performance metrics, analyze data and provide actionable insights
* Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends and technologies
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within fintech, lifestyle or tech startups
* Strong understanding of online marketing channels and analytics tools
* Experience with social media ads, influencer marketing and growth campaigns
* Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
* Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
