Sales Representative

Tranquil Bed & Furniture Factory, a reputable manufacturer of custom-made furniture for residential and commercial spaces, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to help expand its customer base and strengthen client relationships. The role involves direct engagement with customers, sales conversion, and coordination with the production team to ensure top-quality service delivery.

• Identify, attract, and convert new sales opportunities through walk-in clients, online channels, and social media platforms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from quotation and follow-up to order confirmation and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the company’s system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Liaise closely with production and logistics departments to guarantee timely and satisfactory order fulfillment.

• Proven background in furniture, décor, or retail sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results under pressure.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM applications.
• Possession of personal transport will be an added advantage.
