* Deliver exceptional customer service to all centre users
* Support daily operations to ensure centres run smoothly
* Assist a small team in maintaining high service standards
* Use various systems and tools, including MS Office and in-house tech
* Solve day-to-day operational issues and respond to customer needs
* Maintain a clean, organized and professional workspace environment
* Build strong relationships with customers and support their workspace needs
* Contribute to sales, KPIs and customer satisfaction goals
* Assist in managing the centre as though it were your own
* Uphold professionalism, initiative and operational excellence
* Background in customer service (retail, hospitality, creative, etc.)
* Ability to work independently within a small team
* Good command of basic IT tools such as MS Office
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
