Job Summary



Wragby seeks a Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive qualified lead generation, optimize digital campaigns, and support revenue growth through targeted digital strategies. The role combines performance marketing, sales enablement, and data-driven execution.








Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across social media, email, PPC and website

* Run quarterly lead profiling and nurture sequences to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion

* Create compelling ads and digital assets in collaboration with product and sales teams

* Lead ABM initiatives for enterprise and SMB clients

* Organize webinars, webcasts and virtual events to improve brand engagement

* Implement retargeting and lead nurturing programs

* Convert inbound leads into revenue opportunities with the sales team

* Manage CRM follow-up journeys and track leads from inquiry to close

* Conduct digital outreach and follow-up on high-intent leads

* Analyze lead quality and pipeline contribution across digital sources

* Manage SEO, SEM and paid media campaigns

* Track performance metrics, prepare reports and provide actionable insights

* Use GA4, HubSpot or Dynamics 365 Analytics for ROI and campaign analysis

* Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and ad copies

* Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing with revenue goals

* Provide digital insights to support sales decisions

* Contribute to content such as product highlights, case studies and testimonials

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaigns, leads, SEO and event engagement

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field

* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital sales (preferably B2B/SaaS)

* Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and CRMs

* Strong content creation and copywriting ability

* Proven lead generation and pipeline attribution experience

* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics and conversion optimization

* Excellent communication, creativity and data interpretation skills
