Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations across supermarkets and warehouse locations
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings, equipment, and utilities
Supervise cleaning, security, and technical support teams
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate vendor services
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Plan and manage budgets for facility-related expenses
Support store and warehouse operations by maintaining optimal working conditions
Required Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s degree
2–5 years of proven experience managing retail or warehouse facilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively with vendors
Must reside in Ajah or nearby areas
