Job Summary

Provide strategic guidance, capital investment, and business expertise to help Valueklip grow its U.S. market operations and expand opportunities for African tech talent globally.







Key Responsibilities


Contribute capital and expertise to secure a Board Advisor role and drive company growth


Provide sales leadership insights to strengthen U.S. client acquisition and pipeline strategy


Advise on deal structuring, revenue scaling, and strategic partnerships


Leverage your network to facilitate warm introductions with decision-makers and industry partners


Offer strategic oversight on market entry, business expansion, and talent development


Participate in a few hours per month of strategy meetings and market guidance



Required Qualifications

Ability and readiness to make an investment


Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue generation


Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets


Interest in global talent, technology, and Africa’s role in the future of work


Willingness to dedicate limited monthly time to strategic guidance and introductions
