Job Summary

Mace Group, a global leader in construction and consultancy, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the financial and commercial management of a large residential community project in Dubai. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-performing team delivering excellence across finance, commercial reporting, and project controls.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily commercial, financial, and accounting activities for the project.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting in line with Mace international finance standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth and compliant invoicing and payment processes.
  • Liaise with external tax, accounting, GST, and legal consultants to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Participate in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and monthly financial projections.
  • Analyze and review commercial, financial, and management reports for quality and accuracy.
  • Provide bid and commercial support to project directors as required.
  • Ensure project workbooks are properly maintained and reviewed monthly with the respective project teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual audit activities.



Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP software is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
