Moniepoint is hiring a Lead, People Business Partner (PBP) to provide strategic HR partnership and support business growth through effective people management, employee engagement, and organisational development.

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals.
• Provide strategic HR guidance across employee lifecycle and workforce matters.
• Support organisational development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise managers and leaders on people-related challenges and solutions.
• Use people data and insights to support informed business decisions.
• Drive the implementation of HR policies, processes, and people programmes.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

• Strong experience in Human Resources and People Business Partnering.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy with business objectives.
