The Sales Associate would have this key responsibilities
• Implement sales initiatives to acquire and grow relationships across key sectors such as hospitality, restaurants, and retail.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of client information, documentation, and credit requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging SME segments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to inform product development and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in marketing and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Adhere to all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit standards in client acquisition and servicing.
• Maintain accurate records and leverage CRM tools for pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely issue resolution.
• Uphold high ethical standards and represent the organizationsvalues in every client interaction.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance, challenges, and market insights.
• Contribute to team meetings, share best practices, and support the collective achievement of sales objectives
