Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
2–3 years of customer service experience in eCommerce.
Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with PC/Mac and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Working knowledge of Shopify Plus and ticketing tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk).
Must work 40 hours/week on EST hours.
Reliable internet connection, personal computer, and backup power source (UPS).
