Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industry or academia.
Strong hands-on mechanical skills, including component assembly, handling, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience in planning and executing tests for mechanical or mechatronic systems.
Solid knowledge of measurement technologies and data acquisition systems.
Proficiency in CAD tools for designing test fixtures.
Familiarity with robotics-related standards and continuous improvement processes.
Experience with humanoid or collaborative robots, including environmental and endurance testing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.
Understanding of functional safety requirements.
Strong communication skills in English.
