Design and maintain workflows and reporting tools for monthly and quarterly sales activities, including performance tracking, inventory updates, tender submissions, and forecasting.
Administer the sales incentive program, including data collection, payout calculations, and stakeholder coordination.
Serve as a key contact for data collection and consolidation to support local and global projects.
Provide project coordination support such as scheduling, documenting meetings, tracking action items, and liaising with stakeholders.
Manage data input and process flows within internal systems such as Companion and Ariba.
Assist with financial processes including petty cash handling, travel reimbursements, invoicing, and payment coordination.
Provide operational support for logistics and customer service, including managing end-to-end sales orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating shipments.
Lead and manage office relocation projects, including vendor coordination, asset transfers, compliance, and staff support.
