Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling for smooth business operations.
- Handle basic research, document preparation, and file organization.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.
- Assist with content ideas, branding consistency, and campaign execution.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases.
- Conduct data cleanup, validation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
