Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
5–8 years of industry experience in Front Office operations (hotels, resorts, or hospitality venues).
Strong understanding of guest service standards and hotel management systems.
Interest in hospitality education and student development.
Prior experience in training or mentoring within a hospitality environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using digital technology and simulations for instructional purposes.
Collaborative and professional approach to teamwork.
