Precise Lighting is seeking an Inventory Accounts Officer to support financial operations, focusing on inventory tracking, reconciliation, and documentation management while ensuring alignment between warehouse data, ERP systems, and the general ledger.
* Maintain accurate inventory tracking across all product categories and locations
* Reconcile stock data from warehouse reports, ERP systems, and accounting ledgers
* Assist in physical stock counts and month-end inventory reconciliation
* Document inventory-related transactions and support audit readiness
* Organize vendor invoices, delivery notes, waybills, GRNs, and stock records
* Verify supplier invoices against deliveries and purchase orders
* Update and reconcile inventory modules in ERP/accounting systems
* Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and inventory controls
* BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with inventory or retail operations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Effective communication and coordination skills
