The Concept Group is seeking an Operations Implementation and People Performance Executive to optimize workflows, implement operational strategies, and manage team performance within the Business Operations unit.
* Lead rollout of operational strategies and improvements
* Coordinate with departments to implement new policies, systems, and tools
* Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose enhancements
* Define and track KPIs for the Business Operations unit
* Conduct data-driven appraisals and provide structured feedback
* Develop and manage employee training programs
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, finance, compliance, and risk teams
* Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data
* Prepare performance and operational reports for the Head of Business Operations
* Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar for data analysis and visualization
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or performance management, preferably in financial services
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous
