Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational healthcare services to employees.
- Respond promptly to workplace medical emergencies.
- Administer first aid and emergency treatment.
- Maintain accurate employee medical records.
- Conduct workplace health surveillance activities.
- Support HSE inspections and emergency drills.
- Coordinate medical referrals and health awareness programmes.
- Maintain clinic facilities and emergency medical equipment.
- Travel to project sites across Nigeria to provide medical and emergency response support.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising licence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, construction, engineering, oil & gas, manufacturing, or agribusiness.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS and Occupational Health Nursing certifications are added advantages.
- Strong emergency response and first aid skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites nationwide.
