Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and technicians.
- Assign tasks and monitor production progress.
- Ensure quality control and minimize material waste.
- Enforce proper machine usage and workplace safety procedures.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency within the production team.
- Coordinate workflow to achieve production targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in production, manufacturing, signage, branding, printing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of quality control and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the signage industry is an added advantage.
- Must reside in Lokogoma or nearby areas.
