Branch Manager

Noor Health is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business development, manage healthcare provider relationships, and ensure the efficient delivery of HMO services while achieving operational and financial goals.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with HMO policies and regulations.
• Supervise branch staff to maintain high performance and service delivery.
• Drive business development and expand HMO membership within the region.
• Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers and negotiate provider partnerships.
• Ensure prompt resolution of enrollee concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
• Expand the provider network and support branch growth.
• Maintain compliance with data protection and information security policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or HMO management, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification in healthcare management or business administration is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of HMO operations, provider networks, insurance claims, and healthcare service delivery.
