Job Summary

Paz Diagnostics – Syx-Brij Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced HMO Manager to oversee HMO partnerships, claims processes, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HMO operations, healthcare billing, and relationship management, with the ability to drive business growth and improve healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and other healthcare partners.
  • Coordinate HMO operations, claims processing, and healthcare billing activities.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand HMO partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor HMO performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on HMO activities, claims, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in HMO management, healthcare marketing, or business development within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of HMO operations, claims management, and healthcare billing processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with healthcare management software is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.
