Job Summary

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute effective social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and grow online communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing brand social media accounts, creating compelling content, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Build, engage, and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports marketing and business goals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and conversions through creative content and campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience managing social media for brands.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of community management and audience engagement.
  • Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
