Key Responsibilities
- Post product updates, promotions, and images across designated online sales platforms and groups.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online channels.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage purchases.
- Promote products and implement strategies to increase online sales.
- Process customer orders and ensure a smooth sales experience.
