Engineering Graduate Trainee

Cen Global Services Limited is seeking highly motivated and ambitious Engineering Graduates to join its structured Graduate Trainee Program in Port Harcourt. This program is designed to offer fresh engineering talent hands-on experience, practical exposure, and mentorship across core engineering operations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong academic foundation, a passion for technical development, and the adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.

Participate in intensive foundational training sessions, workshops, and practical rotations across various engineering departments.

Assist senior engineers with daily operations, project planning, technical documentation, and site activities.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare technical reports, progress updates, and data presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize operational efficiency.

Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards established by the company during hands-on field and office assignments.

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (including internships, industrial attachment, or NYSC engineering roles).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong willingness to learn, fast adaptabilities, and an enthusiastic mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory: Must be currently resident/based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
