Job Summary



Glovo, a leading multi-category on-demand platform operating in over 1,500 cities across 23 countries, is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for grocery partners within its QCommerce business. The role requires a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional to manage key accounts, optimize partner performance, and contribute to operational and product improvements.






Key Responsibilities


Build and maintain strong relationships with top Glovo partners, understanding their needs through regular communication and business reviews.


Develop and execute plans to grow partners’ businesses using technical knowledge of QCommerce delivery, marketing activations, and assortment performance.


Monitor and analyze partners’ KPIs, ensuring consistent growth and performance improvement.


Prepare reports and dashboards for partners to identify operational opportunities.


Collect feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operational improvements.


Onboard new partners by providing necessary tools and guidance for platform integration.


Achieve monthly and quarterly objectives set by the company.


Required Qualifications


Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large corporate accounts with multiple stakeholders.


Knowledge of the retail and grocery industry is advantageous.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.


Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.


Self-motivated and able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.


Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and Salesforce.


Full professional proficiency in English.
