Job Summary

PRM Africa, a full-service creative agency specializing in branding and public relations, is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic insight with strong relationship-building skills to expand the agency’s market presence within the creative and advertising sectors.



Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients and business partnerships to grow the agency’s portfolio.


Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.


Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.


Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to package compelling service propositions.


Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.


Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals to win new accounts.


Track and report on pipeline performance and revenue targets.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


Proven business development experience, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.


Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation.


Knowledge of public relations, branding, and marketing strategies.


Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
