Job Summary

VividX Technology is recruiting on behalf of the London Center for Analytics (LCFA) — a UK-based Data Analytics education and career acceleration institution dedicated to helping professionals transition into global Data Analytics roles. LCFA operates across the UK, Canada, the US, and emerging markets, delivering hands-on learning, mentorship, internship opportunities, and career placement support.


We are seeking a Marketing Strategist based in Nigeria to lead LCFA’s multi-channel marketing operations. The successful candidate will drive brand positioning, influencer campaigns, lead generation, and overall marketing performance, ensuring consistent demand for LCFA’s Bootcamp, Accelerator, and LIFT™ programs.






Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement LCFA’s brand messaging and positioning across Africa and the UK.


Build and manage influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


Create and execute LCFA’s multi-channel marketing calendar and lead-generation strategy.


Oversee paid media, webinars, and content-driven campaigns to achieve lead targets.


Direct content creation and campaign storytelling while managing creative output.


Build and optimize funnels to generate 200–300 qualified monthly leads.


Manage and mentor a small marketing team (content creator + junior staff).


Monitor performance metrics and deliver monthly reports to the Founder.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or creative strategy.


Proven background in influencer marketing and lead generation.


Experience in EdTech, coaching, or career transformation programs is an advantage.


Proficiency in Canva, Figma, CapCut, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Notion, and similar tools.


Strong copywriting, storytelling, and project management skills.


Ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on and results-driven.


Experience with webinar funnels or workshop marketing is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.


Creative mindset with empathy for learners and professionals transitioning into tech.


Collaborative, fast-paced, and solution-oriented approach.


KPIs:


Generate 100–200 qualified inbound leads per month.


Achieve 3–5 active influencer collaborations monthly.


Deliver +12–15% month-over-month social growth.


Maintain 90% on-time marketing task delivery.


Provide monthly marketing performance reports.
