Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to patients professionally, in person and via phone
Manage appointment bookings, reminders, and follow-ups
Handle patient inquiries and ensure smooth communication between clients and clinicians
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely feedback collection
Support administrative and marketing activities as needed
Collaborate with dentists, receptionists, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service Management, Public Relations, Health Administration, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or administrative support, preferably in healthcare or service-based organizations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback with empathy and professionalism
Ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments and support marketing initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable managing online leads via platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
Strong time management, multitasking, emotional intelligence, and team collaboration skills
Experience in a dental or medical clinic is a strong advantage
