Fify247 is seeking a courteous and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to manage client inquiries, deliver excellent service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information about the company’s services
Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of complaints
Support administrative and service delivery operations as needed
Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or front desk roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and courteous attitude
