Job Summary

Choice Talents LTD is seeking a highly organized HR and Admin Assistant to support the HR department and management in daily administrative and human resources operations.







Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative tasks for the organization


Assist HR in recruitment, training, and onboarding processes


Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation (both hard and soft copies)


Conduct file audits


Provide general office support to management and the HR department


Coordinate HR projects including meetings, training sessions, and surveys


Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences, lateness, etc.


Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews


Prepare HR and administrative reports

Required Qualifications

B.Sc or HND in any Social Science or equivalent


2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Conflict management and problem-solving abilities


Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills


Good knowledge of HR processes and practices


Creative, innovative, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn


Excellent leadership and organizational skills


Attention to detail and efficiency
