We are seeking a Data Analytics & Visualization Specialist to advance our Talent Acquisition function through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable stories using Power BI dashboards, predictive models, and integrated data visualizations that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize recruiting metrics and performance trends
  • Translate Talent Acquisition goals and data into clear, actionable insights and data stories
  • Build predictive analytics and trend models to forecast headcount and align recruiting capacity with business needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize data processes, automate manual reporting, and advance analytics maturity from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive levels
  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including HRIS, CRMs, and recruitment systems



Required Qualifications


  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition analytics or a related data analytics field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Tableau experience also valuable)
  • Strong skills in data visualization, storytelling, and insight communication
  • Ability to conduct predictive analytics and trend forecasting
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources; familiarity with Workday, HRIS systems, CRMs, or programmatic tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
