Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and host the university’s official webinar series.
Work closely with speakers, moderators, and technical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Prepare webinar scripts, introductions, and follow-up communication.
Promote webinars through institutional communication channels, including email and social media.
Provide technical support during virtual sessions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Create concise post-event reports, summaries, and media documentation.
Collaborate with the Communications and Media team to boost audience engagement and visibility.
Required Qualifications
Background or current study in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent coordination, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools (added advantage).
Creative mindset with a keen interest in audience engagement and digital storytelling.
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.
