Operations Officer – Partnerships

Sendtins Nigeria Limited is seeking a results-driven Operations Officer focused on partnerships to help expand our tech-driven logistics platform. This role involves building and maintaining strategic collaborations with key vendors, agents, and transport partners to drive growth and maximize operational efficiency. Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with logistics providers, including motor park agents, haulage companies, and independent drivers in Lagos and nearby states.

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure productive and mutually beneficial collaborations.

Conduct market research and develop persuasive presentations to pitch the platform to potential partners.

Spend a significant portion of time in the field, gathering market intelligence and overseeing agent performance to meet onboarding targets.

Maintain accurate records of partner engagements and provide timely updates to management.

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in partnership acquisition, vendor management, or channel sales.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite for reporting and presentation purposes.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
