Exceptional SWE Annotator

We are seeking an Exceptional SWE Annotator to assist in evaluating and refining software engineering data that powers advanced AI model training. This is a short-term, flexible remote opportunity ideal for skilled software engineers who value precision and analytical excellence.

• Evaluate and annotate code snippets, scripts, and programming tasks for clarity and correctness
• Detect logical errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in code samples
• Provide structured, high-quality feedback on programming logic, implementation, and coding best practices
• Maintain annotation accuracy and consistency with established guidelines
• Work independently to meet daily annotation and quality targets

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Go, Java)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, debugging, and code analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• Previous experience with structured code reviews or software benchmarking is an advantage
• Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
