Procurement Officer

Clinix Healthcare, a reputable diagnostic and medical services provider with over four decades of excellence and 120 centers across Africa, is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing operations, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations in its Lagos branch.

• Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery
• Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain vendor relationships
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring cost efficiency
• Conduct market research and vendor performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
• Collaborate with departments to forecast supply needs and manage inventory
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier data

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven expertise in procurement, purchasing, and contract management
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in healthcare procurement or related sectors is an advantage
