Fem3le Housekeeping Manager

Protea Hotel by Marriott Lagos Kuramo Waters seeks an experienced and dedicated Female Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high cleanliness standards in the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to brand standards.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping attendants to ensure top-tier cleanliness and room presentation
• Maintain adequate inventory and order supplies as needed
• Develop and manage work schedules to meet operational requirements
• Conduct regular performance monitoring and provide feedback or training when necessary
• Assist in cleaning tasks during peak operations or staff shortages
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and overall service quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service quality
