Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Experience with HR systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
