Job Summary

Achieve branch sales targets through B2B and B2C sales while managing the boutique team in luxury retail.




Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B/B2C sales to achieve revenue targets


Cultivate relationships with executives, government officials, and industry leaders


Manage and coach sales team


Oversee boutique operations, stock control, and visual merchandising


Report on market trends and competitor activity


Plan and execute in-store events for VIP clients



Required Qualifications


B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics (MBA preferred)


8-10 years in luxury sales with 3 years in management


Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
