Job Summary

The Cost Control Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals across Genesis Group’s diverse business operations.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and manage detailed project budgets


Monitor expenditures, track variances, and prevent budget overruns


Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management


Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities


Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and operations teams


Streamline costing processes, implement digital tools, and ensure internal compliance



Required Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


3–5 years’ experience in cost management, financial planning, or project cost control


Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data visualization tools


Strong analytical and communication skills


Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA
