Job Summary

Stellar International’s Recycling Ant division is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive client acquisition, generate leads, and support the company’s franchise expansion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets


Monitor competition and industry trends to refine sales strategies


Track sales performance and activities using CRM software


Identify potential clients through proactive lead generation and cold calling


Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
