Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online chats.
- Create awareness of available products and services.
- Attend to feedback and complaints; redirect to appropriate teams or take steps to resolve issues.
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Oversee logistics to ensure dispatched orders are delivered.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Develop feedback surveys and propose ways to appreciate loyal clients.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc degree or HND with at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with commercial phone systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Mature, smart, and detail-oriented.
- Very fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Aged between 30 and 36 years.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and record management skills.
- Must live around the Ojoo/Moniya axis.
- Ability to speak at least two major Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
