Job Summary

Fastest Cakes is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, handle cake orders, and provide support that ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities


Respond quickly to customer questions and requests


Communicate with clients through different service channels


Receive and manage customer orders accurately


Address and resolve customer complaints professionally


Provide clear information about products and services


Maintain records of customer communications and transactions


Ensure customers receive friendly and helpful service at all times





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree


Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience


Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)


Previous experience in customer support is required


Strong written and spoken English communication skills


Must live close to Lekki Phase 1


Ability to work some weekends and public holidays


Willingness to work from the office at least 23 days monthly


Commitment to long-term employment with the company
