Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, trends, and conversion-focused content. You should be comfortable creating video content, developing content ideas, and collaborating with designers and social media managers to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas based on research, audience behavior, and brand positioning
• Create structured content aligned with overall marketing strategy
• Follow and replicate different content formats (educational, storytelling, authority, conversion-driven, etc.)
• Script short-form videos with clear hooks, value delivery, and strong call-to-actions
• Record high-quality video content using personal equipment
• Collaborate closely with the social media and graphics team
• Stay updated on trends and adapt them strategically (not randomly)
• Contribute creative ideas during planning sessions
• Meet deadlines consistently

• Strong understanding of content strategy (not just content creation)
• Ability to conduct basic research before creating content
• Experience following structured content formats
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Must own a good smartphone/camera and have proper lighting/audio setup
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset (no “that’s not my job” attitude)
• Ability to take feedback and improve
