Job Summary

The Sales Manager will lead and manage the real estate sales team, develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and oversee client acquisition and deal closures.


Key Responsibilities


Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets


Develop and implement sales strategies for property sales


Oversee client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closure


Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners



Required Qualifications


Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in real estate


Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role


Strong negotiation, communication, and people-management skills


Deep understanding of the real estate market


Location: Anthony, Lagos
