Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately and efficiently into inventory software or databases
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
Update existing records to ensure all information is current
Generate reports based on entered data and assist with analysis
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
Identify and correct errors to improve data entry efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete data-related tasks on time
Assist in training new employees on data entry processes
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years relevant work experience
Must reside in or around Eliozu, Port Harcourt
Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills
Ability to perform duties diligently under pressure
Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays with one day off
Commitment to long-term engagement with the company
