The Customer Service & Sales Officer will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling online and in-store inquiries, processing orders, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Close sales from WhatsApp leads, particularly from Instagram ads
Follow up with new leads and returning customers until sales are completed
Meet daily and weekly sales targets and improve conversion rates
Update prices and upload new items on the WhatsApp catalog
Monitor daily website orders and print them for processing
Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of orders, chats, and complaints
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Send daily or weekly reports on leads, conversations, orders, and conversions
Maintain a respectful and professional tone with all customers
Collaborate with other sales reps to achieve company goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, websites, and basic digital tools
Highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven
Must reside in Port Harcourt, close to Eliozu
Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
Available for full-time, on-site work
Strong communication and proven sales skills, particularly online
Able to work Mondays to Saturdays with one day off
Commitment to long-term engagement with the company
