Key Responsibilities
Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure reliable output and process control
Oversee product quality, compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical leadership for field applications, customer trials, and after-sales support
Drive HSE compliance, incident investigations, and preventive actions
Manage supplier technical performance and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain
Conduct technical risk assessments, manage non-conformances, and implement corrective actions
Develop, coach, and manage production, laboratory, and technical teams
Prepare operational performance reports and support internal/external audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s advantageous)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in production/technical roles in chemicals, oilfield services, or manufacturing
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and certification leadership experience preferred
Leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in problem-solving, root-cause analysis, process control, and continuous improvement
Practical experience in laboratory operations, field technical support, and HSE/regulatory compliance
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, MS Office, and production reporting tools
