Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners across all organizational levels.
- Serve as the key liaison between Turaco and its partners, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Conduct partnership reviews, field visits, and performance check-ins to enhance collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for growth through cross-selling, upselling, and product optimization.
- Support product rollouts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across accounts.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics including claims, retention, and sign-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve partner experience.
- Maintain partner records, agreements, and service level documentation.
- Provide market intelligence and identify opportunities within Nigeria’s financial and insurance ecosystem.
- Represent the company at partner meetings, stakeholder sessions, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience managing B2B relationships, preferably in insurance, fintech, or banking.
- Proven ability to grow partnerships and drive retention outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and presentation skills.
- Empathetic, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
- Passionate about expanding access to affordable insurance solutions across Africa.
