Job Summary

Talentforge Solutions Limited, an HR consulting firm based in Lagos specializing in recruitment, training, and outsourcing services, is seeking a motivated HR and Admin Intern. The successful candidate will support daily HR and administrative operations while gaining practical experience in a structured and professional environment.



Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including screening and coordination


Maintain and update employee records and HR databases


Provide general administrative support to the HR team


Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues where necessary


Support ongoing HR projects, documentation, and initiatives



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of one year experience in an HR or administrative role


Strong verbal and written communication skills


Good interpersonal and organizational abilities


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
